Home Health Care Services
Home Health Care Services such as medication administration and management, ulcer or wound care, stroke rehabilitation and ostomy or amputee care may be provided by skilled nurses to KEMH inpatients who are:
- Medically stable and fit for discharge
- Residents of Bermuda
- Privately insured or have Government subsidy
- Living in a safe home environment and have family support
- Immobile or have limited mobility but can be transferred by one person
- Willing to try home care and participate in care giving/education as required or appropriate
