A Health Records Analyst oversees computer programming regarding medical records. Assists with development of new computer programs. Supervises abstraction and coding of discharge data for on-line input. Advises medical staff and others regarding audit process. Prepares statistical reports.

What qualifications and experience does the hospital require?

• Bachelors’ degree from an accredited program.
• Must be a member of the CCHRA & CHRA.
• Professional affiliation to relevant association.
• No less than 3 years as a Health Records Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software.
